AccesStage announces new electronic solutions to the collecting and accounts payable areas
By using the Web technology, the new services offered by
AccesStage automatize and make processes faster, replacing paper documents and eliminating posting and other expenses. Big companies like Multibras, water purifying division, are already benefiting from our new services.

AccesStage, one of the most important suppliers in the Brazilian electronics business environment solution market, announces the launching of two new services that optimizes processes, reduce costs and increase competitiveness of the collecting and accounts payable areas. The new products that went through a long homologation process in 2006, are Electronic Billing and Bill Capture & Scanning. They are finally available in the market, and have become part of the current
AccesStage solutions. They both support companies from all segments (manufacturing, commerce and services) and are being used already by big companies, such as Multibras, at its water purifying division.
The Electronic Billing
AccesStage system uses web technology to automatize safely all the bureaucratic parts of the bank collecting service, replacing the physical printing and posting concepts, by generating e-mails to send those documents, with an effective delivery and receipt control.
Our users can still check a bill’s data via Web, by different profiles, since they are previously registered, which makes possible the generation of a 2nd copy whenever necessary. Big corporations can find other benefits on this product, because it supports collecting processes with or without a registry, reduces printing and posting costs, reduces delivery time, makes preventive collecting actions possible and reduces default, yet making it possible to resend bills to a new e-mail address.
The Bill Capture & Scanning system configures an automatic and electronic accounts payable system. It allows the generation of unified files that integrate manual and electronic processes. It supports especially companies with a great volume of documents, and it is a service that avoids manual activities related to the physical handling of the bills. Based on the complex back office
AccesStage structure, the system handles the information and delivers it electronically. By adding scanning files, made available by partner banks, it is possible to automatically conciliate bills and invoices, within the client’s company system. The new service allows yet that the reception of information is centralized, and the physical documents circulation is reduced within the company.
